1. Adding a Pod

To be recognized by Nouncil a Pod must present the following information:

Name

Short, easy to reference name

Mission

Why does this pod exist. What does it do, what are its goals. What does success look like for the pod.

Members

A public list of Members and info required of them. Usually just Discord username & wallet address.

Member Modification

The rules and processes around adding / removing members.

Governance Structure

How the pod currently makes decisions, and how it will change when members change.

Assets

A public list of centralized assets and accounts that the pod controls, and who is able to access them. Gnosis Safe, ENS Domains, websites, safety deposit boxes

End Conditions

Pods can be temporary or ongoing. Temporary pods can clearly specify a date, objective, or success / failure conditions that mark when the pod will wrap up. Ongoing pods have no end conditions and require a Nouncil vote to remove recognition.

2. Removing a Pod

Pod recognition can be removed at any time via a governance vote. The pod is autonomous and may continue to function, but will receive no official support or funding from Nouncil.
